People don’t have to take sleep challenges lying down

PLAINVILLE – Many people face sleep challenges such as disturbances and insomnia, problems that may worsen with age. The free program, “Don’t Take Sleep Challenges Lying Down!,” will address these issues and provide tips on how to improve sleep patterns. This event, facilitated by Christine Waszynski, APRN, will be held Thursday, Nov. 10, 10 to 11 a.m., at Plainville Senior Center, 200 East St. Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is sponsoring the event.

Seating is limited and registration is required. To register, call the Plainville Senior Center, 860.747.5728.
