Photos of 'Jesus Christ Superstar' by The Steeple Players

The Steeple Player's production of Jesus Christ Superstar opened last weekend at the First Congregational Church in Southington and continues this weekend. The talented teens were directed by Rich McCarty. Click here to read my review of the Sunday matinee.

These excellent photos taken by parent Cathy Hricik give you an idea of the quality of this production of the classic rock opera by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber. They are used with permission.

Julie Sopchak of The Southington Citizen appeared in The Steeple Players' production of Company in 2012. She recently wrote a great feature about this  show where she plays guitar with the band.

Remaining performances will be February 7, and 8 at 7 p.m. and tickets are $10 each. This is not to be missed.
