Physical therapy may relieve headaches
Headaches have you at the end of your rope? Learn how physical therapy may help. Free program May 24 by Hartford HealthCare Rehab Network.

WEST HARTFORD - Each year, approximately 45 million Americans, or 1 in 6 people, complain about headaches, which can negatively impact work, personal life and quality of life. Physical therapy can help alleviate symptoms, and lessen the frequency and intensity of the headaches. A free program on this topic will be held Thursday, May 24, 3 p.m., at West Hartford Senior Center, 15 Starkel Drive. Presenter Danielle Messier, physical therapist, Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network, will discuss how therapy and manual medicine are key components to headache care at Hartford HealthCare.
