Poor hydration may cause health issues

WALLINGFORD – Whatever the season, it is essential to stay hydrated for optimum health. A free program, So it’s Fall; Do I Still Need to Hydrate?, will be held Friday, Sept. 15, 10 a.m., at Wallingford Senior Center, 238 Washington St. Topics include the importance of hydration, its impact on the body, common myths, and how to identify signs and combat dehydration. Presenter will be Nicholas Arsenault, MSN, RN, CCM, transitional care nurse. The event is sponsored by Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging.
