Program examines the value of exercise in managing arthritis

A free program focusing on the effects of arthritis and how exercise can help alleviate pain and enhance daily living will be held Thursday, July 14, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. This event will be held Calendar House, 388 Pleasant St., Southington. Facilitator will be Mark Colello, exercise physiologist, Southington Care Center.
