Program focuses on using energy medicine to help with healing
A free program, "How to Use Energy Medicine to Help Heal Yourself," will be held Tuesday, Oct. 4, 10 to 11 a.m., at Elmwood Senior Center.

WEST HARTFORD – A free program, “How to Use Energy Medicine to Help Heal Yourself,” will be held Tuesday, Oct. 4, 10 to 11 a.m., at Elmwood Senior Center, 1106 New Britain Ave. Ann Minor, RN-BC, HN-BC, CHPN, Holistic Care coordinator, Southington Care Center, will lead this program about Therapeutic Touch, a gentle non-invasive method of healing that stimulates the immune system, relaxes the body and supports healing. Participants will leave this presentation with some basic Therapeutic Touch skills that they can use to help themselves heal.
