Purse Bingo To Fill Coffers Of Southington Community Services
Southington's main social service agency is hosting a 'Purse Bingo'Aug. 10 where fancy, expensive handbags are the prizes.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local "Bingo" addicts can get their fix Aug. 10 and do their community some good at the same time.
Plus, they might walk away with some fance, expensive handbags.
Southington Community Services is hosting its annual "Purse Bingo" event on Thursday, Aug. 10, at the Elks Lodge, 114 Main St., Southington.

The type of event is explained in the name, as guests will play Bingo games and, possibly, win some fancy, designer handbags such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, YSL, Gucci and more.
Admission is $40 per person, which gives people 10 Bingo tickets with opportunities to purchase additional tickets available the night of the event.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the games start at 6:30 p.m.
Folks are invited to bring their snacks and a cash bar will be available.
Southington Community Services is a town agency for Southington residents and is a link between private providers, human services and governmental agencies and those in need.
