Redefining the purpose of life through the aging process

SOUTHINGTON - Growing older changes not only the physical self but can impact a person’s outlook on life, wisdom and sometimes, purpose for being. A free program on finding a new purpose in life will be held Wednesday, March 29, 1 p.m., at First Congregational Church, 37 Main St. Southington Care Center exercise physiologist Mark Colello will discuss how physical changes can affect an individual’s mindset and vice versa while embracing the transformations life brings.
