Redefining the purpose of life throughout the aging process

PLAINVILLE - Growing older changes not only the physical self but can impact a person’s outlook on life, wisdom and sometimes, purpose for being. A free program on finding a new purpose in life will be held Thursday, Sept. 7, 3 p.m., Plainville Senior Center, 200 East St. Exercise physiologist Mark Colello, of Southington Care Center GoodLife Fitness, will discuss how physical changes can affect an individual’s mindset and vice versa while celebrating the changes of life. This event is sponsored by Southington Care Center.
