Redefining the purpose of life throughout the aging process

NEWINGTON - Growing older changes not only the physical self but can impact a person’s outlook on life, wisdom and sometimes, reason for being. “Growing Older Can Bring New Purpose; What is Yours?” will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13, 10 a.m., at Newington Senior & Disabled Center, 120 Cedar St. Presenter Emil Johnson, program manager, of GoodLife Fitness, a program of Hartford HealthCare, will discuss how physical changes can affect an individual’s mindset and vice versa while celebrating the transitions of life. GoodLife Fitness is sponsoring the program.

GoodLife Fitness, a program of Hartford HealthCare, is geared toward the older adult to build energy, strength and endurance for an active lifestyle.
