Road Paving Underway On 4 Southington Streets
According to town officials, work is expected to take a couple of weeks to complete.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Road improvement work is continuing in Southington, with paving and roadway operations underway on several local streets.
Southington Town Manager Alex Ricciardone announced that contractor Tilcon began paving Canterbury Lane, Sunset Ridge Drive and Savage Street on July 28.
The paving work is expected to take one to two weeks to complete, weather permitting, he said.

In addition, Tilcon has begun roadway operations on Elliot Drive, where work is expected to continue for several days, according to Ricciardone.
Motorists and residents traveling through the affected areas should expect construction activity and are encouraged to use caution while crews are at work.
