A crash on I-84 tied up traffic early in Southington.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — It was a rough start for the Tuesday morning commute in Southington.
A motor vehicle crash backed up traffic at a major Interstate-84 interchange at about 7:20 a.m.
Traffic immediately backed up out of the frame of the state Department of Transportation traffic camera just shy of Exit 32 in the eastbound lanes.
