School Bus Routes, Regulations Posted For Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT — As the summer break winds down, the time has arrived that all parents anticipate as a new school year approaches: the release of bus routes for the 2021-22 academic year.

Southington school officials said the system will operate along the guidelines from state Department of Education. That means passengers will be required to wear a face mask or cloth face covering that completely covers the nose and mouth during trips.

The face coverings must be in place prior to boarding the bus and must be kept in place until they are completely off the bus, officials said.
