Seniors and Nutrition: How to Eat Right for Healthy Aging

NEWINGTON - Today’s seniors are living longer than ever before because they know the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. However, because tastes and appetites can change over time, sometimes it can be difficult to keep up those healthy senior nutrition habits. A free program, Seniors and Nutrition: How to Eat Right for Healthy Aging, will be held Friday, Sept. 22, 1:30 p.m., at Newington Senior Center, 120 Cedar St. Jack Hodes, chef, at Jefferson House will present. Jefferson House will sponsor the program.
