Southington Announces Labor Day Municipal Schedules
Offices will close early on Thursday and Friday, with town facilities also closed on the Labor Day holiday Sept. 6.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — The summer of 2022's last hurrah in Southington will be marked with revisions to municipal facility hours starting with the new month.
The following holiday-related closings were recently announced by town officials:
• On Thursday, Sept. 1, Southington town offices will close at 4:30pm

• Then, on Friday, Sept. 2, Southington town offices will close at noon for "Employee Appreciation Day."
• On Monday, Sept. 5, Town offices will be closed for Labor Day, as they are every year.

Municipal offices will re-open after the Labor Day Holiday on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 8:30 a.m.
