Southington Budget Hit List: Language Program, Middle School Sports
Budget cuts have been proposed.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Two potential budgetary casualties in Southington could be a world language program at South End School and middle school sports, according to a Record-Journal story.
The Board of Education had asked for an increase of $2.6 million for the 2017-18 fiscal year budget and \the Board of Finance has targeted an increase of $1.9 million, according to the story.
