Southington Care Center hosts Thanksgiving Pie Sale fundraiser

There is no need to bake for Thanksgiving: The Thanksgiving Pie Sale is being held at Southington Care Center to support its Sunshine Club. The 10-inch pies, which include apple, caramel apple nut, blueberry, fruits of the forest, pecan and pumpkin are $10 each.

All orders are due by Tuesday, Nov. 15 and payment must be made at time of order. Cash and checks, made out to Southington Care Center with “pie sale” or “Sunshine Club” in the memo, will be accepted. Orders and payment can be dropped off or sent (checks only) to Southington Care Center, 45 Meriden Ave., Southington, CT 06489. The Sunshine Club is a “helping hands” goodwill committee.

Pies can be picked up at Southington Care Center on Monday, Nov. 21.
