New this year, however, is something folks and youngsters should prepare for — the Chocolate Festival Baking Contest.
Event organizers said the only stipulation is the goodies must be baked, have chocolate and feature King Arthur Flour as an ingredient.
There will be two divisions: Junior/Youths aged 7-15; and Adults aged 16 and up.
The baking contest does come with a $5 registration fee.
Judging for the contest begins at noon on the day of the event, but registration in advance is required to participate in the baking contest.
