Southington Community Theatre Presents Godspell September 10-11

SOUTHINGTON - Southington Community Theatre is proud to present the musical GODSPELL on Friday, September 10 and Saturday, September 11 at Wheeler YMCA, 149, Farmington Avenue, Plainville, CT. Performance time is 7:30 pm. For information visit southingtoncommunitytheatre.org.

The show features a talented cast of 15 local performers and a youth chorus. GODSPELL is directed by Jocelyn Perlini and Ed Perlini.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Wheeler YMCA, Just for You Gift Shoppe (979 Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Plantsville), and The Music Shop (405 Queen Street, Southington). Tickets will also be available at the door.

Godspell was the first major musical theatre offering from three-time Grammy and Academy Award winner, Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Children of Eden), and it took the world by storm. Led by the international hit, "Day by Day," Godspell features a parade of beloved songs, including "Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord," "Learn Your Lessons Well," "All for the Best," "All Good Gifts," "Turn Back, O Man" and "By My Side."
