Southington Cops Charge Pair in Golf Club-Swinging Incident
Someone was teed off during a domestic incident, police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT - Two people were arrested on Monday after a domestic disopute, police said.
On Monday at about 2:38 a.m., officers were dispatched to Shetland Drive for a reported domestic
dispute.
Police said they determined that as a result of the investigation both a man and a woman a male were identified as a victim and as an arrestee and therefore their names are not appearing on an arrest report.

One of the combatants was issued a misdemeanor summons for disorderly conduct and given a court date of July 11 and posted a $500 bond, police said.
The other was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault, and posted a $10,000 with an court appearance date of July 11, police said.

A third person was at the scene but was was not arrested, police said.
A car and one of the three were hit with a golf club during the fight, police said.
The Record-Journal later identified the people after examining court papers.
