Connecticut offers Election Day registration, but those who arrive need to be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote. Unlike previously registered voters standing in line before 8 p.m. to register won't guarantee the ability to vote.
A question sits atop the ballot and requires a yes or no answer. It asks voters to approve $2.93 million for the acquisition of property at the John Weischsel Muncipal Center and the issuance of bonds to help pay for a portion of it.
