The 2023 Southington Farmers Market, What You Need To Know

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Summer starts this week (actually on Wednesday) and that means its time for the Southington Farmers Market, which starts for the season on Friday.

The 2023 edition of the market begins from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, June 23, at the Southington Town Green off 75 N. Main St.

2023's first market is sponsored by Hartford Healtcare, which will have an information booth on hand.

In addition, a storytime program for children and their families will take place from 3:30 to 4 p.m. and music will be provided by the "Terri & Rob Duo."

Of course, the stars of every farmers market are the diverse vendors selling everything from fruits, vegetables and baked goods to crafts and artisan products.

The market is organized with the help of the Southington-Cheshire Community YMCA chapter.
