Southington FD Honors Their Best In Awards Ceremony
The Southington Fire Department recognized several members for their service in recent years.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — The local fire department this week honored several more of their own during the Southington Fire Department's annual awards ceremony.
The program, which took place Tuesday, saw 10 former and current firefighters take home a variety of awards.
According to the SFD, the awards "celebrate the accomplishments of our members throughout the last couple of years."

"Members were acknowledged for their promotions, years of service to the Town of Southington, and for their actions during three significant incident responses," wrote the SFD.
