Southington Firefighters To Host Santa At Toy Drive
The event is on Saturday on the Southington Town Green, with new, unwrapped toys being sought for Southington Community Services.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local firefighters and Southington Community Services are teaming up on Saturday, Dec. 16., for a special event that promises to be both fun and help the community.
From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests are invited to the beloved Southington Town Green, which is adorned in full Christmas regalia, and meet with Santa Claus himself.
Photos can be taken and guests can discuss with Santa any Christmas wishes they might have.

In addition, visitors can help make the holiday wishes of those less fortunate come true as well.
Southington Community Services will be on the green collecting new, unwrapped toy gifts for children.

The event is sponsored by Southington Community Services and Southington Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 2033, which represents Southington Fire Department firefighters.
