A total of 33 Blue Knights were honored for their performances during the 2016-17 winter season.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — A total of 33 student-athletes from Southington High School teams received All-Central Connecticut Conference honors for the 2016-17 winter season.

- swimming and diving (8) - Evan Bender, Zachary Blake, Brendon Egan, Brian Egan, Chase Galayda, Tyler Heidgerd, Derek Melanson, Paul Ramsey
- cheerleading (4) - Megan Delorme, Ally Krampitz, Sarah Newhart, Kristen Shubert
