Southington Library Teen Program Is 'Da Bomb'

The Southington Public Library is hosting as special teen event where they will be making homemade bath bombs.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — OK, it's been a long time since teenagers said anything was "the bomb."

But that's how they might just describing an upcoming Southington Public Library program for teens where they will learn to make bombs ... that is ... bath bombs.

The program is part of the library's "Teen Crafternoon" series of summer events where young people aged 13-18 are invited for programs especially for them.

The bath bomb event is on Friday, July 28, at 2 p.m. at the library, 255 Main St., Southington.

All materials to make the sudsy bath bombs will be provided and the program will be hosted by teen librarian Nicole Kent.
