Southington Liquor Store Sells Winning Lotto Ticket

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A Plainville resident scratched out a nice cash payout courtesy of a Connecticut Lottery Corp. game purchased at a Southington liquor store this week.

According to the lottery corporation, the winning ticket was purchased at M & R Liquors, 920 Queen St., Southington, on Monday, Oct. 7.

The game was the 10X Cash 17th Edition scratch-off game and it won $10,000, a $10 ticket that carries with it a maximum payout of $10,000.
