Southington Man Locked Up on High Bond After Domestic
A man was arrested after violating a protective order in Southington, police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A man who violated a protective order remained in custody on a high bond after a domestic incident last week, police and court records show.
Police on July 16 arrested Stephen Cieszynski, 49, of Southington. He was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and violating a protective order.
He was held on a $50,000 bond and appeared in court the next day.

The bond was maintained and he failed to post it, records show. His case was continued to Feb. 27, records show.
The victim in the case suffered a minor injury, police said.
