Southington Man Violates Restraining Order in Milford: Police

Police said the victim had a full no-contact restraining order in place.

MILFORD, CT — Police say a Southington man is accused of violating a protective order when he sent a text message to a woman in Milford.

On Jan. 22 officers took custody of Gabriel Criscuolo, 66, of Darling Street in Southington, who allegedly violated a court set restraining order by sending a text message on Dec. 23, 2016 to a woman who holds a full no-contact restraining order against him, police said.

He is charged with violation of a restraining order and was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Feb. 14.
