Southington Men Face Illegal Racing Charges
The pair reportedly were arrested after drag racing on Andrews Street earlier this month.

Two Southington men are facing illegal racing and other motor vehicle charges in connection with a two-car crash that resulted from drag racing on Andrews Street on Sept. 6.
Police charged Colton Cerveniski, 24, of 250 West Center St., with illegal racing, reckless driving, failing to drive in the proper lane, driving without a license and evading responsibility; and Imran Abu, 24, of 109 Walnut St., with illegal racing and reckless driving on Sept. 6, according The Record Journal.
The pair crashed on Andrews Street at about 8 p.m. while racing their Honda sedans, according to The Record Journal story that can be found here.
