Southington Native Operating South Windsor Financial Office Earns Major Business Award

The South Windsor-based fiscal advisor was named an InvestmentNews Excellence Awardee.

SOUTHINGTON/SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Southington native Dean Spada has been named an Excellence Awardee for Advisor of the Year in the Northeast region by InvestmentNews, a national publication covering the financial advisory industry.

Spada is the founder and managing director of Kingston Wealth Management Group, which is based in South Windsor.

The Investment News Awards recognize financial advisors from across the United States for achievements in wealth management, financial planning, client service and industry leadership.

The Advisor of the Year award honors advisors representing firms of varying sizes and business models.

According to InvestmentNews, candidates are evaluated on business development, client retention, investment knowledge, educational contributions to the industry, community involvement, mentorship and regulatory compliance.

Spada said the recognition reinforces his commitment to client service.

Spada will be recognized at the InvestmentNews Awards ceremony on June 24 at the Edison Ballroom in New York City.

A Southington resident, Spada has built his career in the financial services industry while remaining active in community and charitable initiatives throughout the region.
