
David Molitoris, Sr., 77, of Stafford Springs, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Johnson Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Stafford Springs, son of the late Michael and Catherine (Michalicka) Molitoris. David was a graduate of Stafford High School, and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He worked as a carpenter for Brunelli Construction in Southington, and was a longtime member of Local #43. His enjoyment in life came from being outdoors and working.
David is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Shirley (Lichanec) Molitoris; four children, David Molitoris, Jr. and his wife Marye Jo of Maryland, Sue Ellen Bouthillier and her husband Matthew of Stafford Springs, Peter Molitoris, Sr. and his wife Christina of Stafford Springs, and Donald Molitoris of Stafford Springs, ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; his brother, Michael Molitoris and his wife Betty of Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers, John, Mark, and Peter Molitoris.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 9:30-11:00 A.M. with a funeral service to take place at 11:00 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs. Burial will follow in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 104 West Main St., Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
