David Mark Woisard Jr., 32, of Southington and formerly of RI, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital. He was the Fiancé of Nina Ross.
He was born August 28, 1983 in Providence, RI the son of David M. Woisard Sr. and Paula Ann Casey both of RI. He was a self-employed general contractor.
Besides his parents and fiancé he leaves his 3 daughters, Arianna, Deja and Avery Woisard . He also leaves his brothers and sisters, Nicholas Van Eps, Amanda Van Eps, Raquel DeSantis, Aliyah Manning along with Anastasia and Sabrina.

The Funeral Services and Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. is in charge of arrangements.
