Southington Obituary: Kate Green, 37

Kate (McCafferty) Green, 37, of Southington passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.

Born April 30, 1978 in Waterbury, she was the beloved daughter of Anita (Boucher) McCafferty of Bristol and daughter of Paul McCafferty of Watertown.

In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her beloved children, Jacob Ellard and Jaden Green both of Southington, her brother Jason McCafferty and wife Kari of Hanover, MA; her sister and best friend Jaime Kemp and husband Kyle of Great Barrington, MA and her paternal grandfather George McCafferty of Watertown. She also leaves many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Donations may be made to the Kate McCafferty Green account for the benefit of her children at the Thomaston Savings Bank, 40 Middle St., Bristol, CT 06010.

Services and burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington is assisting the family with the arrangements.
