
Nancy L. Ringrose, of Southington, passed away on Monday October 3, 2016 at the hospital of Central Connecticut.
Born in Bristol, she was the daughter of the late Ragnar Carl Larson and Delia Duchaine. She attended the John J. Jennings School in Bristol before the family moved to New Britain. She graduated from New Britain High School where she excelled at various sports. She earned her RN diploma from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing. After retiring from nursing she earned her real estate license and joined her husband in his real estate appraisal business.
She was married to Thomas J. Ringrose of New Britain for 42 years. Thomas predeceased her in 2004.

She is survived by their eight children and 14 grandchildren: Elias Ringrose of Lebanon, his children Nicole, Michele and Kevin; Janet Roy (Brian)of Middletown, their children Genevieve, Katherine, and Nathan; Ann R. Oravetz of Newington, her children Kimberly and John; Dr. Elizabeth J. Ringrose and (Julie A. Bolduc) of Granby, MA; Thomas Ringrose, of Southington; James Ringrose (Tina) of Southington, their sons James and Jack; Nancy Priemer (Rolf) of Bloomfield, their children Erich and Sarah; and Joan Sellers of Northampton, MA, her daughters Madeline and Annabelle. She is also survived by her brother Raymond Larson of Bristol. She was predeceased by her brothers Donald Larson of Bristol, Robert Larson of Southington, and Richard Larson of Kensington, and sister Joan Mola of Bristol, in-laws Newel and Mary Moore, Joan Ringrose, Elias Ringrose, James Ringrose and Anne Ringrose. She is also survived by two aunts Alice Ricker and Jeannine Reeves; four dear in-laws: Bernard Ringrose, Robert Mola, Marie Larson, and Donna Larson; and a whole host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Nancy was a prolific and excellent baker, and we will miss her Swedish coffee ring at the Larson Christmas Eve smorgasbord, as well as her Swedish meatballs. A devout Catholic, she was a parishioner of St. Dominic Church in Southington, since its inception in the early 1970s.

Calling hours will be Thursday, October 6 at the Luddy Funeral Home, 205 South Main St., New Britain from 4 to 7 PM and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday October 7th at 10:30am at St. Dominic's Church on Flanders Road, Southington with Burial at St. Mary's Cemetery in New Britain.
