Southington Obituary: Patricia Cassidy, 66

Patricia L. “Patty” Cassidy, 66 of Southington passed away suddenly at home on April 23, 2017.

Patty was born an angel to this earth. Her smile, funny faces and laughter lit up our universe and made our world a better place. She was the beloved daughter of the late Laura (Mola) and John Cassidy.

She is survived by her devoted sister Maureen and many cousins and friends.

A heartfelt debt of gratitude is owed to Patty’s loving and devoted aides, Jill Cordani, Donna Fappiano and Paula Zajac. A special thanks to Gregory Sullivan for always being there and his help. And lastly to Kathleen Lambertson, who was Patty’s nurse. Patty’s family would also like to thank all of the staff of Bristol ARC. They filled Patty’s days with laughter, music and endless love.

A Mass of Christian burial in celebration of Patty’s life will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Dominic Church 1050 Flanders Road in Southington. Burial will be held privately.
