Southington Obituary: Tracey Gabree, 52

Tracey Le Gabree, 52, of Farmington, beloved wife of Daniel E. Gabree, passed away Thursday, April 19th, 2018.

Born September 25th, 1965 in Saigon, Vietnam, she was the daughter of Huong “Linda” Lam of Southington and the late Le Huu Le. Tracey was a Programmer Analyst at Travelers Insurance Co.

Tracey was an active member of the First Congregational Church in Southington where she coordinated nursery care for small children and infants, as well as helping with hospitality at services. She was active in her children’s schools and was President of Mothers of Multiples in Bristol for several years. She also worked in the library at Southington High School and was an IT consultant in southern CT.

She loved animals, especially Gilligan, our Soft-Coated Wheaton Terrier. Tracey’s heart was large enough for everyone she met and her warm and beautiful smile made everyone feel welcome.

Besides her husband and mother, Tracey is survived by her twin children, Samantha and Kevin Gabree of Farmington, her step-children, Scott Gabree, his wife Michele and their son Henry of Melrose, MA, and Lauren Gabree of Valley Village, CA, her sister, Dung Le and her children Rebecca and Christina Nguyen and her brother Tam Le, his wife Robin and their son Richmond.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday (Apr. 26) at 7:00pm in the First Congregational Church of Southington, 37 Main St., Southington. There will be no calling hours.
