Southington Open Space Residential Design Regulations Being Reviewed

SOUTHINGTON, CT, — The Southington Planning and Zoning Commission is considering potential changes to the open space residential design regulations for subdivisions.

It is considered to be a preliminary review and not a formal application, town officials said.

A future public hearing date will be scheduled if it becomes a formal consideration, town officials said.
