SOUTHINGTON, CT —A Southington player recently took home a hefty prize in the CT Lottery.

Riya Sheth, of the Plantsville section of Southington, purchased the lucky ticket worth $20,000 at the Rk Liquor Store on South Center Street.

The ticket was for the 20X CASH 5TH EDITION game.
