Southington Police Announce Promotions, Retirements
The changes took place over the past month.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Within the past month the Southington Police Department has had several retirements and has also made several promotions.
The following Officers have retired:
- Lieutenant Michael Baribault
- Master Sergeant Frank Bavaro
- Sergeant William Perry
- Sergeant Benjamin Doerfler
- Officer Thomas Gallo
The following promotions were made:

- Sergeant Jason Plourde promoted to Master Sergeant
- Patrolman Stephen Salerno promoted to Sergeant
- Patrolman Timothy Wilk promoted to Sergeant
- Patrolman Donald MacKenzie III promoted to Sergeant
- Patrolman Nathan Boislard promoted to Sergeant
- Patrolman Steven Cifone promoted to Sergeant
