Southington Police: Getaway Car Diver In March CVS Robbery Charged
His accomplice is still being sought.

SOUTHINGTON, CT - A man police are saying drove the getaway car during robbery at the Main Street CVS in March has been charged.
Police on Monday announced the arrest of Jeremey Wills, 30 of Wolcott. A warrant had been issued for his arrest, police said.
Wills was charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree, police said.

He is currently being held on a court-set $35,000 surety bond, police said.
The warrant stemmed from an investigation into a March 11 robbery at the CVS store at 310 Main St., police said.

According to the warrant, Wills is accused of driving an accomplice to the CVS and the accomplice then entered the store and committed the robbery.
Wills and the accomplice then fled the scene in Wills’ vehicle, according to the warrant.
During the course of the robbery, the accomplice told a store employee to open the cash drawer and give him all the money, according to the warrant.
The employee told police the robber "was holding or implying that he had a weapon in his pocket," according to the warrant.
It was reported that $199 was taken from the register, police said.
No one was injured during this incident, police said.
There is currently an arrest warrant under review for the accomplice, police said.
