April 1

Marita Derby, 65, of North Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:30 a.m. She was to appear in court April 14.

April 2

Desired Correa, 37, of Oak Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:04 p.m. She was to appear in court April 17.

April 4

James Charles Fagan, 52, of Quarry Village Road, Cheshire, was charged with reckless driving and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:45 a.m. He was to appear in court April 19.

Carrie Manka, 49, of East Street, Plainville, was charged with three counts of sale of a narcotic substance and three counts of possession of a controlled substance at 12:13 p.m. She was to appear in court April 5.

April 5

Stephen Lynch, 32, of Pheasant Run, Southington, was charged with third-degree larceny at 5 p.m. He was to appear in court April 18.

April 6

Dwayne Smith Jr., 27, of Union Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motorvehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to comply with fingerprint request; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:18 a.m. He was to appear in court April 6.

Joan Man Ventura, 26, of Farmington Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening at 1:30 p.m. He was to appear in court on April 10.

April 8

Jonathan Pabon, 25, of Broad Street, Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker/license/registration; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; and sixth-degree larceny at 12 a.m. He will appear in court April 21.

Sandra Laray Pilgrim, 19, of Welcome Drive, Flint, Mich., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 7:12 p.m. She was to appear in court April 10.

Keith Soyka, 39, of Harmony Road, Bristol, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage; improper passing/keeping an unsafe distance; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 7:18 a.m. He will appear in court April 21.

Jaclyn K. Swirda, 39, of Heritage Way, Torrington, was charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court; sixth-degree larceny; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2:36 p.m. She was to appear in court April 10.

April 9

Alex James Rodriques, 24, of Deepwood Lane, Wallingford, was charged with failure to comply with fingerprint request; first-degree criminal trespassing; sixth-degree larceny; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and second-degree threatening at 3 a.m. He was to appear in court April 10.

April 10

David Paul Verchinski, 38, of Wedgewood Road, Southington, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court at 12:55 p.m. He was to appear in court April 11.

April 11

Terri Oberg, 64, of Belleview Avenue, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 5:37 p.m. She will appear in court April 25.

John S. Pappajohn, 60, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was chargied with violation of probation; three counts of sixth-degree larceny; and two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing at 4:13 p.m. He was to appear in court April 12.

April 12

Brian Seholm, 24, of Douglas Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree reckless endangerment at 6:05 p.m. He was to appear in court on April 13.

April 13

Wayne Jackson, 59, of Gilbert Hill Road, North Haven, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and faiulre to comply with state traffic regulations at 9 p.m. He will appear in court April 21.

Kamahl Michael McQueen, 37, of Mountain Road, Windsor, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; reckless driving; failure to drive in the proper lane; unsafe backing; failure to obey a stop sign; failure to comply with fingerprint request; use of a motor vehicle without permission; second-degree breach of peace; violation of a protective order; third-degree assault; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 3:24 p.m. He was to appear in court April 14.

April 15

Juan Luis Alvarez-Alvario, 39, of Martin Street, Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia at 4:39 a.m. He was to appear in court April 17.

Jason Michael Bartlett, 40, of Birch Hill Drive, South Windsor, was charged with violation of license plate requirements; use of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled substance at 4:39 a.m. He will appear in court April 28.

Kenneth Martin, 56, of 29 Amanda Lane, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 12:15 a.m. He was to appear in court April 17.

April 16

Justin Moyers, 29, of Prospect Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal carrying of a firearm under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:25 p.m. He was to appear in court April 17.
