Juset Bitik, 22, 210 Nichols Drive, Waterbury, was cited for failure to obey traffic control signals at 10:05 a.m. Bitik will appear in court Aug. 12.
Kaleel Abdul Denzel Harley, 23, 67 Vemdale St., Warwick, R.I., was charged with second-degree stalking; second-degree harassment; and violation of a protective order at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 3.

Janice A. Wright, 53, 19 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 3:15 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 11.
Aug. 3
Cameron Denny Bielawski, 23, 12 Laurel Court, Plainville, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs and failure to comply with fingerprint request at 12:12 a.m. He was to appear in court on Aug. 3.
Clayton Keyworth, 47, 625 Queen St., Southington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 3:30 p.m. He will appear in court on Aug. 18.
Thomas Taber, 25, 412 Flanders St., Southington, was cited for operating and unregistered motor vehicle at 9:53 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 19.
Vincent Walker, 24, of 94 Bentwood Drive, Waterbury, was charged with falsifying a marker plate/license/registration; failure to display lights; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 9:09 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 17.

Anita M. Bryant, 52, 77 Butler Ave., Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 5:30 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 18.
Thomas H. Derwin, 66, 1020 Savage St., Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:30 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 17.
Vincent Anthony Lopez, 56, 625 Queen St., Unit 122, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 9:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 5.
Veronica N. Perez-Uzabeaga, 35, 41 Defrost St., Unit AB52, Seymour, was cited for failure to obey a stop sign at 10:13 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 19.
Tucker G. Thorpe, 40, 144 Bee St., Meriden, was charged with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 5. He was also charged with violation of probation at 10:16 p.m. and was to have also appeared in court Aug. 5 for that charge.

John Robert Delgado, 48, 110 Rockwell Ave., New Britain, was charged with home invasion; conspiracy to commit home invasion; fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; second-degree robbery; conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery; third-degree assault on an elderly victim; and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault on an elderly victim at 10:14 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 5.
Emily Michelle Jackman, 18, 57 Eden Ave., Southington, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and loitering in or about a school at 10:35 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 17.
Jonathan Matthew Jenkins, 20, 311 Darling St., Southington, was charged with loitering in or about a school at 10:35 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 18.
Stephanie Laska, 28, 425 Lincoln St., New Britain, was cited for traveling unreasonably fast at 2:01 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 19.
Erin March, 20, 23 Mariondale Drive, Plantsville, was charged with illegal sale and delivery of alcohol by a minor; possession of alcohol by a minor; and loitering in and about a school at 10:35 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 19.
Brandon M. Mazzera, 37, 122 Orange St., Meriden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a hand-held telephone/electronic device at 4:18 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 19.
Aug. 6
Ken T. Cao, 48, of 239 Silo Road, New Britain, was cited for operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 8:09 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 19.
Jamie Nicole Elsner, 34, 221 Beths Ave., Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper number of headlamps; and failure to insure a private vehicle at 11:32 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 22.
