Juan Sepulveda, 22, of Green Street, Waterbury, was charged with reckless driving; disobeying the signal of an officer; second-degree criminal mischief; use of a motor vehicle without permission; and fifth-degree larceny at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 10.
Adam Golden, 45, of Charles Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct; third-degree assault; and second-degree unlawful restraint at 11:41 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 11.

Aug. 11
Zachary Killen, 28, of Whittlesey Avenue, Wallingford, was charged with evading responsibility of physical injury and following too close at 9:32 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 25.
Aug. 12
Ty Wilde Slayton, 21, of Field Road, Cromwell, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in proper lane; and operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld electronic device at 3:30 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 22.
Chad Landry, 24, of Linda Drive, Plainville, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 3:29 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 23.
Matthew Fournier, 42, of Humiston Brook Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 10:21 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 21.
Aug. 14
Samantha F. Rogers, 34, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order at 4:10 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 14.
Aug. 15
Lyheng La, 18, of West Center Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing; making a false statement; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 4:56 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 29.
Juana Pamela Correia-Bennett, 44, of Berlin Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 16.
