Matthew David Blacha, 49, of 44 South Ave., Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:35 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 6.
Kaleel Abdul Denzel Harley, 23, of 67 Verndale St., Providence, R.I., was charged with second-degree stalking; disorderly conduct; second-degree harassment; and violation of a protective order at 9:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 24.

Deborah Ann Pepe, 64, of 690 Marion Ave., Plantsville, was charged with violationg a protective order at 7:58 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 24.
Andrew John Testa, 77, 20 Knights Court, Southington, was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way at a left-hand turn at 2:16 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 9.

Charles Blair Butler, 58, of 625 Queen St., Apt. 327, Southington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; use of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 7:23 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 7.
Latrisha Ann Pruden, 34, 739 N. Main St., Waterbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; failure to carry registration; theft of plates; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension at 4:40 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 7.
Aug. 25
Roberto Carrion-Morales, 30, 30 Easton Ave., Apt. 3, Waterbury, was charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace at 4:20 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 8.
Joshua Landeen, 39, 24 Longmeadow Drive, Wolcott, was charged with second-degree harassment and criminal violation of a restraining order at 8:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 26. He was also charged with violation of probation and will appear in court Sept. 2 for that charge.

Jairo Avilez-Urrutha, 28, of 48 Trumbull St., Meriden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license at 3:11 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 9.
Edward Berger, 57, 131 of Valley View Court, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 11:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 29.
Griffin Scott Hammack, 23, of 60 Old Town Road, Vernon, was charged with violation of traffic control signals and having improper rear/marker lamps at 11:07 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 9.

Edward Berger, 57, of 131 Valley View Court, Southington, was charged with second-degree violation of a conditional release at 9:11 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 29.
Adniel Alexis Davila, 24, of 22 Richard Terrace, Waterbury, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 12:50 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 12.
Allah Sturges, 35, of 41 Marwood Drive, New Britain, was cited for failure to grant the right-of-way at a left-hand turn at 10:19 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 9.
Jason A. Vallerand, 39, 71 Villa Road, Waterbury, was cited for following too close at 9:30 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 9.
Aug. 28
Yujin Chung Ledford, 51, of 93 Colonial Court, Plainville, was charged with evading responsibility at 6:51 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 12.
Allisgton Lima, 26, of 5 Mill Pond Drive, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 10:45 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 9.
Lance Christopher Stevens, 41, of 279 Redstone Hill Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 10:17 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 9.
Aug. 29
Kasandra Coviello, 33, of 12 Beecher St., Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license; and failure to insure a private vehicle at 1:15 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 9.
Kayla Somer Rodriguez, 24, 460 Emmett St., Bristol, was charged with operating and unregistered motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; and traveling unreasonably fast at 10:37 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 12.
Aug. 30
Joseph Mangan, 33, of 50 Sunbright Drive, Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; first-degree failure to appear in court; and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 8:21 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 31 on the first two charges and Sept. 16 on the third charge.
