Joseph Kardok, 29, of Hitchcock Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and violation of traffic control signals at 3:25 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 19.

Angel Aviles, 18, of Maple Street, Meriden, was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit; illegal alteration of firearm IDs; illegal possession of a large gun magazine; risk of injury to a child; stealing a firearm; and negligent storage of a firearm at 4:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 13.

David A. Faust, 37, of Old Turnpike Road, Plantsville, was charged with evading responsibility of an injury/property damage; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:40 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 27.

Jason Derek, 50, of Mulberry Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle at 9:20 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 23.

James Maguire, 54, of Marion Avenue, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:32 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 30.
Martin Serrano, 57, of Harding Avenue, Newington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 9:30 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 29.

Gary Harkness, 43, of Terryville Avenue, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:30 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 30.
Christine Pistoia, 64, of Settlers Wood, Southington, was charged with creating a public disturbance at 4:07 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 30.

Edgar Dejesus, 19, of Lawncrest Drive, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 12:12 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 30.
