Justin Sieracki, 31, of Old Turnpike Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 19.

Dec. 20

Jessica Lynn Cash, 35, of Ridgefield Road, Wallingford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:45 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 30.

Rickie Miranda, 21, of Sycamore Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening at 8:44 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 21.

Dec. 22

Francesca Claudia Charles, 43, of Long Hill Road, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 9 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 5, 2023.

Dec. 24

Ricot Cassamajor, 35, of Maybury Circle, Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle at too slow a speed; illegal operating of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in proper lane; traffic control signal violations; illegal carrying of a firearm under the influence of drugs/alcohol; second-degree breach of peace; and second degree reckless endangerment at 12:38 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 6, 2023.
