SOUTHINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Feb. 14-Feb. 20, 2023, as provided by the Southington Police Department.

Feb. 15

Kirt J. Collin, 49, of Mill Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree arson and third-degree criminal mischief at 2:45 p.m. He will appear in court March 1.

Christopher James Fiorillo, 42, of Summer Street, Southington, was charged with breach of peace at 9:06 a.m. He will appear in court March 1.

Reeton Christopher Jones, 54, of Buckland Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening at 9:06 a.m. He will appear in court March 2.

Kimberly Ann Matromarino, 55, of Mill Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree arson and third-degree criminal mischief at 2:45 p.m. She will appear in court March 1.

Scott Tenney, 34, of Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:11 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 15.

Feb. 16

Brian A. Bushnell, 31, of Wheeler Village Road, Southington, was charged with negligent cruielty to persons and risk of injury to a child at 10:20 a.m. He will appear in court March 2.

Casimarie Castro, 29, of Wheeler Village Road, Southington, was charged with negligent cruelty to persons and risk of injury to a child at 10:41 a.m. She will appear in court March 2.

Juan Antonio Escalera, 24, of Franklin Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with first-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary; second-degree trespassing; first-degree criminal mischief; and conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief at 1:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 16.

Aaron W. Johnson, 32, of Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 8:37 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 17.

Daniel Gene Pelland, 38, of the Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and illegal taking of a payment card at 7:45 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 28.

Feb. 18

Dean Michael Davis, 39, of Emmett Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:20 a.m. He will appear in court March 3.

Marcy Laura Pelletier, 44, of Lounsbury Street, Waterbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and violation of a protective order at 7:27 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 21.

Evan Robert Rodriguez, 18, of Goodwin Street, Bristol, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions; violation of traffic control signals; possession of narcotics with intent to sell; possession of a controlled substance; carrying a pistol without a permit; illegal alteration of firearms identity; illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; criminal possession of a firearm; and second-degree reckless endangerement at 6 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 21.

Justin M. Shields, 33, of Old Turnpike Road, Plainville, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:08 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 21.

Feb. 19

Brittany E. Laurino, 34, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 1:46 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 21.
