Gary Shuster, 61, of Roseanna Road, Plantsville, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 8:29 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 22.

Rasheed Dawoo Bond, 27, of Liberty Street, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; reckless driving; engaging police in pursuit; interfering with a police officer; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 4:21 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 23.
Joann Picioli, 68, of Stafford Avenue, Bristol, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 10:17 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 23.
Cynthia Prescott, 65, of Basswood Street, Plainville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to grant the right of way at 6:52 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 23.
Feb. 10
Scott Matthew Hubeny, 60, of Whitlock Avenue, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without insurance and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 6 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 24.
Jacob Owen Stedman, 24, of Eden Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief; disorderly conduct; and second-degree threatening at 8 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.
Feb. 12
Elmer Perez, 25, of Laurel Street, Bristol, was charged with improper use of marker plates/license/registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; operating a motor vehicle without a license; and drinking while driving at 12:05 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 28.
