SOUTHINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for Jan. 1-Jan. 9, 2023, as provided by the Southington Police Department.

Jan. 1

Stephen Thomas Forgione, 48, of Brandywine Place, Southington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive on the right at 2:30 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 13.

Ashley King, 34, of Macintosh Drive, Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 3.

William Joseph King, 35, of Macintosh Drive, Bristol, was charged with third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint at 9:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 3.

Jan. 3

Aleishka Gutierrez, 31, of Prospect Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief; second-degree breach of peace; and second-degree threatening at 10:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 4.

Kathy Vantine, 49, of House Street, Plainville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 7 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 3.

Jan. 4

Matthew Mark Kevorkian, 27, of Lyons Street, New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny at 9:55 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 17.

Jan. 5

Jamie Scott Mashia, 54, of Coe Avenue, East Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 5.

Carl Mazzamaro, 28, of 29 Rackliffe Drive, New Britain, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:35 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 18.

Ryan Schupp, 39, of Peters Lane, North Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 2 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 5.

Jan. 6

Gail Chapman, 49, of Rosemont Drive, Plainville, was charged with interfering with a police officer; second-degree breach of peace; and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault at 9:56 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 23.

Jonathan Curtis, 62, of Springfield Road, Stafford Springs, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 9.

Andrew D. Romegialli, 41, of Rosemont Drive, Southington, was charged with interfering with a police officer; second-degree breach of peace; second-degree assault; and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault at 9:56 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 23.

Jules Staples, 53, 4 Meadowlark Lane, Plainville, was charged with interfering with a police officer; second-degree breach of peace; conspiracy to commit second-degree assault; and third-degree assault at 9:56 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 23.

Jan. 7

Asmar J. Calloway, 45, of Farmington Avenue, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 2:01 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 9.

Dean Freer, 30, of Deerstroke Circle, Southington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 4:37 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 20.

Kienda Yvette Sims, 46, of Britannia Street, Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 2:37 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 9.

Jan. 8

Lawrence Bocchiere, 72, of Maple View Drive, Wolcott, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:10 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 23.

Camden Brown, 35, of Willow Creek Lane, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 9.

Alejandro Vasquez, 20, of Bronson Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; criminal attempt at fourth-degree sexual assault; and first-degree unlawful restraint at 7:10 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 20.

Jan. 9

Shkurte Berisha, 33, of Buell Street, New Britain, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension; traveling unreasonably fast; and criminal impersonation at 8:25 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 20.

Rosa Nati, 72, of Meriden Avenue, Southington, was charged with third-degree assault at 12:55 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 23.
